The data, and what it isn't
NilaMap publishes official NAPIC/JPPH transacted records and analytics we derive from them, aggregated to the development and anonymised. It is information, not a valuation, an appraisal, or financial advice. Don't make a purchase, sale, or financing decision on it alone — confirm with a licensed valuer.
Accuracy & no warranty
We work hard to be honest about what the numbers can and can't say (recent months are incomplete; we refuse blended medians where they'd mislead). Even so, the data is provided "as is", without warranty of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.
Acceptable use
Use NilaMap for personal, non-commercial research. Don't scrape, resell, or redistribute the data in bulk, or use it to identify individuals. [Confirm the licence terms against NAPIC/JPPH source terms before launch.]
Intellectual property
The source records are owned by their publishers (NAPIC/JPPH). The derived analytics, design, and software are NilaMap's.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, NilaMap isn't liable for losses arising from reliance on the data. [Set the liability cap with counsel before launch.]
