The data, and what it isn't
NilaMap publishes official NAPIC/JPPH transacted records — individual completed sales, shown with no names, unit numbers, or lot numbers — together with analytics we derive from them. It is information, not a valuation, an appraisal, or financial advice. Don't make a purchase, sale, or financing decision on it alone — confirm with a licensed valuer.
Accuracy & no warranty
We work hard to be honest about what the numbers can and can't say (recent months are incomplete; we refuse blended medians where they'd mislead). Even so, the data is provided "as is", without warranty of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.
Acceptable use
Use NilaMap for personal, non-commercial research. Don't scrape, resell, or redistribute the data in bulk, or use it to identify individuals.
Intellectual property
The source records are owned by their publishers (NAPIC/JPPH). The derived analytics, design, and software are NilaMap's.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, NilaMap is provided without warranty and isn't liable for losses arising from your reliance on the data or use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
